Elma Tulley
For Elma, it was the encouragement of her parents and aunt ( who was an accomplished artist) which lead to studying for a Scottish 'Higher' in Art and History of Art. Having attended class tutored by Ron Dellar, when in Kent , Elma discovered oils She extended her learning at a Strathclyde University course and then went on to a small group that exhibited in various locations in and around Glasgow.
Elmas style is varied but still seeking to loosen up more. Graphite Pencil is her first love, then Oils and Acrylic. However watercolours are too unforgiving and still to master them!
