Neil Roscoe

Neil enjoyed art at school many years ago so when he retired,  he took it up as a means to occupy his time and give himself an interesting and challenging hobby.  He primarily uses watercolour but on occasions charcoal or coloured pencil.  Neil says "I have no fixed style or genre, so if I see something I like, I paint it no matter the subject".
