Olivia Davies
Art and craft played a big part in Olivia's life from an early age. Spending many weekends at Silverstone she earned pocket money by painting F1 cars for a family friend’s garage. Olivia stayed on at school and gained A level art but her parents did not consider art to be a suitable career, so painting was put on the back burner. Olivia didn’t paint again seriously until 2010 when she joined Towcester Art Society. Using all types of media, she especially loves doing ‘montages’ of villages in pen and wash, and commissions of family pets in pastels.
